Prohibited activity
Do not use AVENYQ to carry out, facilitate or promote harmful or unlawful activity, including:
- Illegal activity, fraud, scams, identity theft, deceptive impersonation or misleading claims of affiliation.
- Harassment, threats, targeted abuse, exploitation, sexual abuse material or harm to children or other vulnerable people.
- Malware, credential theft, destructive cyberattacks or unauthorised access to systems, accounts or data.
- Circumventing authentication, security protections, invitation restrictions, rate limits or usage allowances.
- Violating copyright, privacy, confidentiality or other rights, including submitting information without necessary permission.
- Spam, automated account creation, abusive scraping, resource exhaustion or attempts to misuse AVENYQ's infrastructure.
- Other uses that unlawfully endanger people, enable violence or cause material harm.
Legitimate use and security research
Educational and defensive work must remain authorised and lawful. A security report is welcome, but it does not authorise testing against other users, extracting private data or disrupting production. Stop if you encounter information that is not yours and report the issue privately.
Enforcement and reports
Misuse may result in restricted or terminated access, and further action where required by law. This policy does not imply that every message is reviewed or that automated moderation detects every violation. Contact support to report abuse or ask for review of an access restriction.
